What is
Coaching?

It is a process that takes you to self knowledge- e.g. know what you want- and that instigates self development- building actions of what you want as well as of the way along which you will get to the destination you wish to. Mostly, coaching puts you in MOVEMENT, taking the actions that will improve your competencies to accomplish the changes you wish to. With the help of a coach, coaching is above all a self oriented transformational process

About the method

Values Compass

This method has its origin in the year 2000 when Joel suffered a serious accident which forced him to stay in bed and in a wheel chair for almost 3 months, and has been improved since then. It encompasses the necessary access to the client values and their adoption by the client as they represent the "energetic drivers of his deep aspirations and intentions" as per a classical definition. Having the values in hand, follows the "assembly" of the "Values Compass" which will orientate the client in his life choices and decisions making processes, in particular his dilemmas resolution(See the process steps in the following figure)
